Abstract Sporting & Recreational (MIC: 13.5 SIC: 7996 NAIC: 713110) Cedar Fair is a limited partnership managed by Cedar Fair Mgmt. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. owned and operated twelve amusement parks, five outdoor water parks, one indoor water park and six hotels. Co.'s amusement parks include Knott's Berry Farm, Kings Island, Canada's Wonderland, Carowinds, Great America, Dorney Park, Valleyfair, Worlds of Fun, Michigan's Adventure and Geauga Lake. In addition, Co. also owns and operates the Castaway Bay Indoor Waterpark Resort in Sandusky, OH, and five separate‐gated outdoor water parks. Three of the outdoor water parks are located adjacent to Cedar Point, Knott's Berry Farm and Worlds of Fun, the fourth nearby San Diego with the fifth in Palm Springs, CA.
