L'institut conomique RWI analyse l les effets du changement de rgime des mini-jobs intervenu le 1 er avril 2003. Ses conclusions mettent en doute la capacit de ces petits boulots absorber un nombre lev de chmeurs -ils servent surtout arrondir les fins de mois. Ce constat l'amne prner un rgime spcifique de mini-job pour les chmeurs ; il reviendrait subventionner gnreusement la reprise d'une activit faiblement rmunre, sur le modle du Self-Sufficiency Program canadien.
