As of May 31, 2003, Co. marketed its products in approximately 130 countries and territories and operated manufacturing facilities in 67 locations in the US, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Poland, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and the UK.
