Identification of Human GATA-2 Gene Distal IS Exon and Its Expression in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Fractions
Bibliographic record
Abstract
J. Biochem.127, 105–112 (2000) The primer sequences in Materials and Methods are erroneous. Correct sequences utilized in the P1 phage screening and in the experiments described in Fig. 5 are as follows. 1. Primers primer 1 (IS exon sense) 5′-AAG CGG TCC GCT GAA CAC C-3′ primer 2 (IG exon sense) 5′-AAC TCC TTC ACT CTC AGA GGC C-3′ primer 3 (2nd exon antisense) 5′-TGA TTG AAG AAG ACG TCC ACC-3′ primer 4 (2nd exon antisense) 5′-TGT AGT TGT GCG CCA GGC C-3′ 2. Program The thermal cycling comprised a denaturation step at 98°C for 2 min and amplifying step with 40–50 cycles at 98°C for 20 s and at 68°C for 1 min. This program is suitable for both primers (1 and 4) and primers (2 and 3). 3. Primer for P1 phage screening Antisense primer (927–946) 5′-CTT CAT GCT CTC CGT CAG TG-3′
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
