Abstract
La notion de Responsabilité Sociale de l’Entreprise est la contribution des entreprises aux enjeux de développement durable. En intégrant cette démarche, celles-ci s’engagent à répondre et à être garant de leurs décisions sur le plan économique, social et environnemental. Cela implique nécessairement de mettre en cohérence les décisions des dirigeants et les comportements de l’ensemble des employés avec les valeurs, la stratégie et l’organisation de l’entreprise.
