Ultracold chemical reactions always release energy and expunge the reaction products from the trap. This chapter highlights the recent developments of the new frontier of chemistry research. Ultracold chemistry was originally a byproduct of the experiments with ultracold molecules. In some of the experiments, ultracold chemical reactions were considered as a loss mechanism and a lot of effort was expended to prevent chemistry from happening. Ultracold chemistry can also be envisioned as a new way to synthesize new organometallic compounds. A molecule with two or more spatially separated magnetic anchors could be confined in a magnetic trap to assume a particular orientation, making magnetic traps an interesting new platform for assembling complex molecules into aggregates. There is a different kind of stereodynamics one can study with ultracold molecules, namely, the stereodynamics based on confining molecules to move in low dimensions.
