Abstract Commercial Banking (MIC: 8.1 SIC: 6021 NAIC:522110) National Bank of Canada is an integrated financial group. Co.'s Personal and Commercial segment comprises the branch network, intermediary services, credit cards, insurance, real estate and commercial banking services. Co.'s Wealth Management segment provides full‐service retail brokerage, discount brokerage, mutual funds, trust services and portfolio management. Co.'s Financial Markets segment consists of corporate financing and lending, treasury operations, which include asset and liability management, and corporate brokerage. In addition, Co. has securitization operations. As of Oct 31 2003, Co. had assets of C$82.42 billion and total deposits of C$51.46 billion.
