on July 19-25, 2015, at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The symposium and the meeting are co-sponsored by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S), and the U.S. and Canadian National Committees (USNC and CNC) of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI).
