Abstract
O presente estudo de caso aborda o desenvolvimento e anlise da estratgia digital para mdias de performance aplicada a uma joalheria brasileira de grande porte, uma das trs maiores do Brasil. Tem como objetivo diagnosticar as possveis causas dos resultados referentes a esses canais e propor sugestes de como desenvolver o negcio de joias a partir da anlise de indicadores-chave especficos para anlises de web. Foram utilizados dados reais de uma joalheria, extrados do Google Analytics e VTEX, ferramentas de administrao e avaliao de resultados do site. Dentre os principais achados do estudo, observou-se que, num perodo de dois anos, os diferentes tipos de mdias pagas apresentaram resultados positivos de crescimento referentes s vendas e os canais orgnicos, sem custos, apresentaram queda.
