Abstract Chemicals (MIC: SIC: 2851 NAIC: 325510) RPM International manufactures, markets and sells chemical product lines, including paints, protective coatings, roofing systems, sealants and adhesives, to the industrial and consumer markets. Co.'s products include those marketed under brand names such as CARBOLINE, DAP, DAY‐GLO, DRYVIT, EUCO, FLECTO, ILLBRUCK, RUST‐OLEUM, STONHARD, TREMCO and ZINSSER. As of May 31 2007, Co.'s subsidiaries marketed products in 149 countries and territories and operated manufacturing facilities in about 90 locations in the U.S., Argentina, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, The Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and the U.K.
