Abstract
ENTREVISTA INTERVIEWLucie Tanguy é socióloga e diretora de pesquisa do CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique), Laboratório "Trabalho e Mobilidades" (Universidade Paris X -Nanterre).Há mais de vinte anos, estuda as relações entre Educação e Trabalho, dedicando-se à análise das políticas e das instituições de formação, dos grupos profissionais, das qualificações e das competências.Atualmente, dirige, no CNRS, o programa europeu "Educação e Formação na Europa".No Brasil, inúmeros livros e artigos de sua autoria vêm sendo publicados e sua produção acadêmica tem servido de referência para os debates em torno da educação profissional.Na presente entrevista, concedida às editoras da revista Trabalho, Educação e Saúde 1 em visita à Escola Politécnica ocorrida em julho do corrente ano, a autora trata de questões fundamentais aos debates sobre a formação profissional, inclusive no campo da saúde, a saber: a capacitação como categoria política, o papel da escola na formação profissional, a noção de competência, as possibilidades de sua apropriação pelos trabalhadores e a discussão recente sobre educação profissional no contexto francês.
