Abstract
Voici donc la deuxième livraison de notre Revue sous forme entièrement électronique après le basculement sur la plate forme Revues.orgintervenu en 2013.La qualité de la collaboration avec ce portail scientifique, la prise en main technique et éditoriale de cette nouvelle forme de communication et de publication par l'équipe, les réactions positives enregistrées et exprimées par plusieurs des lecteurs traditionnels du périodique, autant que les encouragements prodigués par le conseil scientifique de l'IFHA ainsi que la diffusion de plus en plus répandue, mieux signalée, référencée et hiérarchisée du savoir sous cette forme ouverte nous ont convaincus de poursuivre dans cette voie.
