Abstract
Resumen: El actual contexto muestra una disminucin de hablantes de las culturas tnicas primigenias. Se parte de datos estadsticos, marcos normativos internacionales y nacionales junto con la experiencia de hablantes indgenas, visto esto desde el modelo terico ecolgico que permite insertar el enfoque de los derechos humanos y el aprendizaje social. Se recolect informacin a travs de la revisin documental de escritos y audiovisuales dispuestos en Internet. El anlisis se realiz de forma cualitativa a partir de la categora de la vulnerabilidad de la lengua entendida como la fragilidad del ejercicio de la expresin verbal de la lengua materna de grupos originarios producida por el dominio circulante de otra lengua dado el reconocimiento que tiene. Se concluye la vulnerabilidad a la que es sometida la lengua.
