Abstract
Abstract Uichol Kim is the IFP Distinguished Professor in the College of Business Administration at Inha University in Korea. He is a graduate of Queen's University in Canada, where he completed the Ph.D. in social and cross‐cultural psychology in 1988. Before joining the faculty at Inha he taught at the University of Hawaíi at Manoa from1988 to 1994 and Chung‐Ang University (Korea) from 1995 to 2005. Kim has also been a visiting professor at the University of Bergen (Norway), the University of Konstanz (Germany), the Nordic Institute for Asian Studies (Denmark), Stanford University (United States), the University of Stockholm (Sweden), the Warsaw School of Advanced Social Psychology (Poland), the University of Tokyo (Japan), and the University of Tromsø (Norway).
