Abstract
Este artículo reflexiona sobre la representación de las negritudes en la novelística colombiana, entendida ésta como todo el complejo de valores, saberes y prácticas que aquí trajeron los africanos y las formas como se entremezclaron con la cultura de los indígenas y los españoles. La visión de conjunto que hace el autor abarca desde el siglo XIX hasta nuestros días. La variedad de los novelistas mencionados que se han ocupado del asunto y el tratamiento, devela la diversidad de perspectivas para narrar una realidad, a través de las distintas épocas y dependiendo de los puntos de vista que se han adoptado para representarlos.
