Abstract
La discipline doit s'entendre, en général, du pouvoir de sanctions, de l'organisation de ce pouvoir et de sa mise à exécution en cas d'infraction au règlement intérieur, lequel peut porter, en particulier, sur la façon d'exécuter le travail. Ce pouvoir disciplinaire, ainsi que l'organisation des sanctions, peuvent (tre limités, spécifiés, par la convention collective; si celle-ci est muette en tout ou en partie sur le sujet, c'est le règlement intérieur qui s'applique alors.
