IC4E provides a scientific platform for both local and international scientists, managers, business leaders, educators, scholars, engineers and technologists who work in all aspects of Business and Information Management. The participants are from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Finland, Canada, Germany, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, etc.. The participants did a truly wonderful job at the conference.
