Abstract
Résumé Fleuron du secteur du jeu vidéo, Ubisoft Divertissement a fait appel, en 2008, à un coach , dont le mandat était d’accompagner individuellement et collectivement l’équipe de direction au cours d’une période de croissance. Ce coach s’est fixé comme buts de saisir la dynamique de cette équipe, de comprendre la personnalité de ses membres et d’établir une complicité avec chacun d’eux. Ainsi, il devait aider la direction à relever ses trois principaux défis liés à la croissance d’Ubisoft Divertissement : responsabiliser le personnel au regard d’objectifs précis, développer la relève et développer le leadership à tous les niveaux de l’organisation. Cet article présente les entrevues que Lucie Morin a menées avec trois acteurs clés du processus de coaching , soit Yannis Mallat, président-directeur général d’Ubisoft Divertissement, Francis Baillet, vice-président ressources humaines, et Robert Courteau, président de Courteau Mainville Management inc., qui a agi en tant que coach .
