Abstract Property, Real Estate & Development (MIC: 8.3 SIC: 6552 NAIC:237210) Melcor Developments is a real estate development company. Co. conducts business through four divisions. The Community Development division is engaged in the acquisition of land for development and sale for residential communities, multi‐family sites and commercial sites. Co.'s development is concentrated in Alberta in the regions of Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Lethbridge and the greater Tuscon, AZ area. The Property Development division develops income producing properties, which once completed and 75.0% leased, are transferred to the Investment Property division, which holds the properties as long‐term investments. The Golf Courses division owns two public 18‐hole golf courses.
