Abstract Property, Real Estate & Development (MIC: 8.3 SIC: 6552 NAIC:237210) Melcor Developments is a real estate development company. Co. conducts business through four divisions. The Community Development division is engaged in the acquisition of land for development and sale for residential communities, multi‐family sites and commercial sites.
