PAPEL DEL TBULO EN LA VASOCONSTRICCIN RENAL INDUCIDA POR CICLOSPORINA Introduccin: Ciclosporina es el primero de una familia de potentes inmunosupresores con capacidad anticalcineurnica que, sin embargo, presentan como limitacin teraputica una nefrotoxicidad que puede aparecer desde periodos tempranos. Los primeros datos funcionales sugeran la existencia de vasoconstriccin renal, si bien estudios posteriores han mostrado un efecto txico directo de ciclosporina sobre el tbulo proximal.
