Abstract
Organische Transistoren aus dem gezeigten Styrylanthracen zeigen hohe Ladungsträgermobilitäten und Lumineszenz-Quantenausbeuten, was dem Fehlen eines strahlungslosen Zerfalls des Singulettzustands zugeschrieben wird; demnach wäre es fraglich, dass die für eine hohe Mobilität benötigten effizienten π-Wechselwirkungen stets zu einer Emissionslöschung führen. Die Transistoren zeigen eine blaue Elektrolumineszenz und bleiben bei Betrieb und Lagerung stabil.
