Abstract Automotive (MIC: 15.1 SIC: 3751 NAIC: 336991) Harley‐Davidson is a motorcycle manufacturer. Co.'s Motorcycles and Related Products segment designs, manufactures and sells primarily heavyweight touring, custom and performance motorcycles as well as a full line of motorcycle parts, accessories, clothing and collectibles. Co.'s motorcycle brands include Harley‐Davidson® and Buell®. The Financial Services segment, consisting of Co.'s subsidiary Harley‐Davidson Financial Services, Inc. (HDFS) and its subsidiaries, provides financing and servicing of wholesale inventory receivables and retail loans, primarily for the purchase of motorcycles. HDFS conducts business in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
