Abstract
Un employé congédié et dont la cause est pendante au moment de l'ordonnance du vote de représentation ne peut voir son nom figurer sur la liste d'éligibilité. Toutefois, la Commission peut décider que dans l'éventualité d'une ordonnance de réintégration, le droit de vote lui soit réservé au cas où l'exercice de ce droit serait susceptible de modifier le résultat du scrutin. Un employé qui n'est que « suspendu » au moment de l'ordonnance du vote a droit au même privilège.
