Dalam pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Pada Kelurahan Bungus Barat telah menggunakan komputer, pembuatan dilakukan secara manual masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Word sehingga terjadi penumpukan file yang tak beraturan dan sering hilangnya file surat dan petugas kelurahan harus mengetikan ulang kadang terjadi format surat yang tidak sesuai standar surat resmi yang telah ditetapkan. Melalui tugas akhir ini penulis merancang serta membuat E-Administrasi Kependudukan Pada Kelurahan, yang nantinya di terapkan pada kelurahan Bungus Barat dengan menggunakan pemograman bahasa PHP dan Database MySQL, sehingga di harapkan dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat dan akurat kepada petugas dan masyarakat dengan menerapkan seperti penginputan data penduduk dan surat menyurat tidak terjadi kesalahan lagi. Dengan adanya suatu perubahan dari sistem lama ke sistem baru yang lebih efektif dan efisien (terkomputerisasi) dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan pada kelurahan Bungus Barat menjadi cepat dan pelayanan pada administrasi lebih baik.
