Abstract
Abstract Retail ‐ Food & Beverage (MIC: 5.3 SIC: 5141 NAIC:424410) Sysco is engaged in the marketing and distribution of food and related products to the foodservice or “food‐prepared‐away‐from‐home” industry. These services are performed for approximately 400,000 customers from 150 distribution facilities located throughout U.S. and Canada. Broadline segment distributes a full line of food products and non‐food products to both traditional and chain restaurant customers. SYGMA segment distributes a full line of food products and non‐food products to certain chain restaurant customer locations. “Other” segment includes Co.'s specialty produce, custom‐cut meat, Asian cuisine foodservice and lodging industry products segments.
