Below are some highlights from the November/December 2009 issue of GEOPHYSICS. Full waveform inversion on- and offshore are prominent themes, along with the relatively new applied geophysics technique of magnetic resonance sounding, and 3D seismic data imaging over a massive sulfide deposit in Canada.
