Abstract
Cet atelier a donn lieu a cinq prsentations. La premire (M.E. Grunais) abordait le thme de la dcentralisation la lumire de la rforme du systme de sant au Cameroun. Elle montrait que les conflits les plus localiss lis la mise en place d'une nouvelle carte sanitaire dcentralise, taient parfois relays et rsolus par des acteurs situs au plus haut niveau de la hirarchie politique et des institutions internationales, de telle sorte que les enjeux concernant les espaces politico-sanitaires les plus priphriques pouvaient ainsi tre instrumentaliss pour manifester la matrise des dynamiques locales par les instances les plus centrales.
