Abstract
Konsep resolusi konflik membawa kecemasan tersendiri dengan bahaya kooptasi yang ditimbulkannya yaitu ke arah yang akan membawa kekakuan makna konflik dimana orang-orang akan menjadikannya sebagai isu kepentingan dan legitimasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena resolusi konflik tidak sejalan dengan advocacy. Resolusi konflik tidak dapat mengantisipasi perubahan yang akan terjadi sebagai akibat dari resolusi konflik tersebut. Konflik bermula ketika Dedi Mulyadi selalu menggunakan salam sunda yaitu Sampurasun disetiap pertemuan atau acara, sehingga hal tersebut membuat FPI mengira bahwa Dedi Mulyadi telah melupakan nilai-nilai agama Islam yang merupakan agama dirinya sendiri.
