The Canadian Forces Guide For Physical Fitness Training During Pregnancy
Bibliographic record
Abstract
1782 Purpose: The Canadian Forces has developed a training guide for exercise during pregnancy for use by their Land Force Command. Method: The program was prepared in accordance with the position statement of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and meets the guidelines of Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. The objective of this resource is to direct women from their current fitness program to a fitness/health program designed for pregnancy and post partum. The program goal is fitness maintenance with an outcome of a healthy mother and baby. Results: The manual includes a chapter with suggestions for proper nutrition and hydration during pregnancy and before, during and after exercise. The remainder of the manual is divided into four sections: first, second, and third trimesters and post partum. Each section includes information on how the body changes during pregnancy, how exercise will affect pregnancy and safety tips for exercising. Exercise guidelines and a detailed program for aerobic, strength, abdominal/core and flexibility training during that trimester are outlined in each section. Conclusion: The objective of the post partum exercise program is to aid in recovery from birth and prepare the individual for re-entry into her previous fitness program in preparation to meet Canadian Forces physical fitness standards.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
