Alors que le Web est décrit aujourd’hui comme un laboratoire de créations littéraires, son utilisation par certains auteurs de poésie numérique ne va pas de soi. En effet, comment asseoir sa légitimité dans le champ littéraire français en brandissant l’étendard du « numérique », tout en revendiquant un positionnement d’avant-garde qui s’accorde mal avec le mass media que représente internet ? Dès lors, on se demandera comment certaines figures emblématiques de la poésie numérique en France se sont investies dans un travail de reconnaissance de leur identité collective sur le Web, au détriment de la visibilité de leurs œuvres.
