Abstract
Le bon repos de la troupe est un souci du chef militaire depuis que les armées font campagne. Cette question déjà difficile avec les conditions de vie et d’emploi très exigeantes des opérations, et même des entraînements, est devenue un véritable défi avec l’envahissement du numérique au quotidien. Comment dès lors, non seulement préserver, mais imposer des phases de sommeil réparateur dans cet environnement ? Cet article, après avoir rappelé le rôle premier que joue le commandement, pose le constat actuel des contraintes de la numérisation. Il propose enfin des pistes pour relever ce défi.
