Abstract
Cet article rend compte des résultats d’une enquête qualitative auprès de cadres d’entreprises de différents secteurs, portant sur la transition écologique et le travail. Il traite plus particulièrement d’un pan de la population étudiée que sont les ingénieurs soucieux de la transition écologique. Engagés dans leur vie privée, ces ingénieurs se heurtent à des difficultés quand il s’agit d’intégrer leurs préoccupations environnementales à leur pratique professionnelle. Ils se trouvent pour la plupart isolés, avec le sentiment d’être dans une impasse. Dans une seconde partie, l’article présente une expérimentation sous la forme d’un atelier qui, par le biais d’une analyse de leur activité, vise à redonner du pouvoir d’agir à ces professionnels.
