Abstract
<em>Yetim va ota-ona qaramog‘isiz qolgan bolalarni ijtimoiy himoya qilish davlat va jamiyatning muhim vazifalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Yetimlikning oldini olish muammosi bola hayotining boshlanishida alohida e’tiborni talab qiladi. Tug‘ilishi bilan onadan mahrum bo’lgan bolani olti oylik davridayoq rivojlanishdan sezilarli darajada ortda qoladi, bir yildan keyin esa emotsionallik va intellektning tegishli imkoniyatini o‘rnini to‘ldirib bo‘lmas darajada yo‘qotadi.
