Abstract

Assimilées à la grisaille des imprimés ainsi qu’au canon d’une photographie « pure » qui en a fait une garantie indiscutée de l’image parfaite, les demi-teintes sont remises en cause dans leur hégémonie par une génération de praticiens qui, actifs à partir de l’Après-guerre, les rejette pour une radicalité de contrastes assumés.
