Abstract
Quel arbitrage font les tribunaux québécois entre la liberté d’expression et le devoir de loyauté des salariés « lanceurs d’alerte »? Quelles sont les protections juridiques auxquelles les salariés du secteur privé et du secteur public peuvent prétendre lorsqu’ils décident de briser le silence ? Et que nous enseigne la jurisprudence quant à l’effectivité de ces protections? Ce sont les trois questions auxquelles cet article entend répondre en se centrant sur le droit québécois.
