Abstract
Les personnes avec un TSA rencontrent des difficultés d’accès et de maintien dans l’emploi. La stratégie nationale « Autisme au sein des troubles neurodéveloppementaux » identifie « l’insuffisante anticipation des moments charnières » comme frein à l’insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes adultes avec un TSA. L’indécision vocationnelle fait partie des obstacles potentiels à l’élaboration de projets d’avenir identifiés au cours du développement typique ; il est donc légitime de s’interroger sur la pertinence de ce facteur et de sa mesure en vue d’adapter les pratiques d’accompagnement aux spécificités des personnes présentant un TSA. Notre revue de question explore de manière systématique la littérature internationale (entre 1975 et 2021) consacrée à l’indécision vocationnelle chez les jeunes avec un TSA. Nous identifions l’existence probable d’une indécision vocationnelle chez ces jeunes. D’éventuelles singularités dans son expression soulèvent des pistes de recherches futures et d’accompagnements adaptés.
