Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan, menentukan harga pokok produksi dan menentukan harga pokok penjualan pupuk organik P4S Metro Lestari di Desa Yosomulyo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di P4S Metro Lestari Desa Yosomulyo Kecamatan Metro Pusat Kota Metro. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (Purporsive) karena merupakan salah satu kelembagaan yang memproduksi pupuk organik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah P4S Metro Lestari dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil Penelitian adalah Pendapatan tunai yang diperoleh dari hasil produksi pupuk organik P4S Metro Lestari sebesar Rp. 13.259.667 dengan R/C 1,36, sedangkan pendapatan total yang diperoleh P4S Metro Lestari sebesar Rp. 12.994.517 dengan R/C 1,35. Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) pupuk organik P4S Metro Lestari menggunakan metode full costing sebesar Rp. 739/Kg dan yang menggunakan metode variabel costing sebesar Rp. 736/Kg. Harga jual pupuk organik P4S Metro Lestari sebesar Rp. 1.108/Kg.
