Abstract
Recueillis en 1983 dans Cinéma, écriture de la tentation (1983), ces quatre textes « quelque peu contre-théoriques », comme Hasumi Shiguéhiko les qualifie lui-même, ont été écrits en 1980 et 1981. Ils permettent de saisir l’originalité de sa pratique critique, fondée sur la rencontre de l’œuvre comme événement, comme sur la difficulté d’en rendre compte eu égard à la configuration épistémologique des pensées contemporaines. Pour désigner ses cibles, Hasumi use des notions d’institution, de récit et de narration, et même de culture. Certainement provocantes, ses positions s’appuient avant tout sur une connaissance précise des débats contemporains en théorie littéraire et cinématographique, en philosophie et en sémiologie.
