Abstract
O presente artigo visa questionar a falta de reconhecimento da família Poliafetiva no Brasil, uma vez que não há qualquer regularização acerca da temática, e o número de demandas cresce cada vez mais, necessitando de normatização pelo ordenamento jurídico. Intenta questionar a monogamia instituída como forma única e correta de relacionamento, em face da autonomia existencial do indivíduo, e dos princípios primordiais do Direito de Família.
