Abstract
How has the study of intelligence evolved in the global North and why has it stagnated in the global South? This paper offers a South Asian perspective by employing a mixed method strategy. It argues that the academic and professional communities in the global North have contributed to the development of Intelligence Studies by teaching a wide variety of core and elective courses and publishing their research on historical and contemporary issues in relevant journals.
