En France, les enjeux liés à l’économie du tourisme vitivinicole sont fondamentaux, autant pour l’accroissement de la fréquentation touristique des régions viticoles, que pour la stimulation de la vente des produits vinicoles. Malgré la richesse œnotouristique de la France, beaucoup d’acteurs proposent une offre encore peu lisible sur le marché national et international. La grande hétérogénéité des facteurs clés de réussite des principaux modèles de développement à l’international (Australie, Espagne, Portugal, Chili, Canada…) ne facilite pas notre réflexion quant à l’existence d’un écosystème d’affaires pertinent et universel. Notre travail de recherche consistera donc à fournir un cadre théorique susceptible de nourrir notre réflexion (l’approche par les écosystèmes d’affaires), et d’envisager des pistes de développement propres à nos régions, et plus spécifiquement à notre terrain d’étude, le Val de Loire (France). Les conclusions restent mitigées : il n’y a pas d’écosystème d’affaires fiable en Val de Loire, car aucun leader n’émerge, et il n’y a pas de vision partagée et de préservation du label sur le long terme.
