Abstract
Hasil wawancara dengan Ketua Kelompok Ibu Hamil di PMB Bidan Silvia Nova Sari, didapatkan jumlah ibu hamil adalah 26 Ibu hamil, ibu hamil yang berjunkung sering mengeluhkan rasa sakit di badan, badan terasa lemas, sesak nafas, dan kadang juga merasa cemas dengan kehamilannya. Adapun solusi yang diberikan bidan terkait permasalahan ibu hamil tersebut hanya baru sebatas edukasi biasa kenapa hal-hal tersebut bisa dialami oleh ibu hamil, bidan belum memberikan sebuah edukasi yang sangat efektif dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satunya edukasi dengan teknik yoga prenatal. Bidan juga mengatakan pada kelas ibu hamil belum pernah dilakukan pranatal yoga karena tidak ada bidan mengikuti pelatiahan prenatal yoga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 23-24 september 2021 di PMB Silvia Nova Sari Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Dingin dengan jumlah sasaran adalah 8 orang ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pemberikan edukasi kemudian diakhir dengan praktik yoga ibu hamil. Hasil pengabdian ini terjadi peningkatan kesehatan fisik maupun metal ibu hamil setelah dilakukan prenatal yoga. Hasil wawancara dengan ibu hamil dimana mereka mengatakan setalah mengikuti kegiatan ini, perasaan mereka terasa senang, bahkan pegal-pegal yang biasa mereka rasakan tidak begitu terasa. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini ibu hamil bisa menerapkan nya di rumah sehingga kesehatan ibu tetap terjaga.
