Abstract

 Abstract
The construction of earthquake-resistant building structures is very important in Indonesia, considering that most of its areas are located within earthquake areas with moderate to high intensity. The intensity and magnitude of earthquakes that have occurred in Indonesia, cause earthquake regulations in Indonesia always be evaluated and improved. Graha Wiyata UNTAG Surabaya was built in 1988/1990 and the earthquake design based on the SNI earthquake of 1983 therefore it needs to be evaluated for its resilience based on the latest earthquake regulations, namely SNI 1726: 2019. This study aims to analyze the performance level of the Graha Wiyata UNTAG Surabaya Building building with earthquake load based on the SNI 1726:2019 using Pushover nonlinear analysis. The performance level of the building is determined based on ATC-40. Results of the nonlinear analysis are obtained drift ratio value of 0.007 (x-direction) and 0.0027 (y-direction). Based on ATC-40, the level of building performance is categorized as Immediate Occupancy (IO), where there is no significant damage to the structure, building can remain functional and not be disturbed by repair problems.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
