Abstract
Dans un contexte organisationnel où les demandes de travail sont élevées, il est important de s’intéresser aux facteurs de protection des ressources individuelles des travailleurs. L’objectif principal de cette étude est de tester l’échange leader-membre (LMX) comme modérateur dans la relation entre les stresseurs au travail et l’implication au travail (IT). Le modèle de recherche suggère que la qualité de la relation leader-membre pourrait avoir un effet de protection sur le potentiel de l’IT en présence des stresseurs. L’étude a été réalisée en deux temps de mesures auprès de 169 travailleurs canadiens. Les résultats des analyses de régression multiple soutiennent le modèle conceptuel proposé. Ces éléments sont discutés afin de clarifier des pistes de recherches futures.
