Abstract
Cet article étudie la conception et la mise en oeuvre d’une recherche-action, avec huit collèges français aux profils variés, visant à développer chez les différents membres de la communauté éducative des compétences d’autoévaluation de leur établissement scolaire et d’autorégulation de leurs pratiques professionnelles. En favorisant de nouvelles coopérations professionnelles intercatégorielles, le dispositif, accompagné par une équipe de quatre chercheurs, ambitionne une augmentation du pouvoir d’agir individuel et collectif des acteurs, permettant une émancipation vis-à-vis d’une culture hiérarchique établie. Après avoir présenté le cadre théorique et méthodologique de cette recherche-action, cette contribution analyse les processus coopératifs générés par l’expérimentation et la modification progressive du rôle des acteurs.
