Van croissants, pains au chocolat en parlementaire resoluties ex artikel 34-1 Franse Grondwet Sinds juli 2008 is de Franse Grondwet verrijkt met een nieuwe bepaling: artikel 34-1. Uit kracht hiervan worden de Assemblée nationale en de Sénat bevoegd verklaard om zogeheten résolutions aan te nemen. Voor de stemming in de Kamer in kwestie worden de ontwerpen van resoluties echter eerst bezien door de regering. Deze laatste heeft de bevoegdheid om resoluties die kunnen uitmonden in een vertrouwenskwestie of een bevel bevatten aan de regering niet-ontvankelijk te verklaren. In de bijdrage wordt ingegaan op deze parlementaire resoluties ex artikel 34-1 Franse Grondwet. Hoe kunnen zij staatsrechtelijk worden geduid en waarom zijn zij in 2008 grondwettelijk erkend?
