Abstract
pemeriksaan IVA di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mataraman terjadi penurunan dari tahun 2018 terdapat 400 orang (9%) dari sasaran 4.416 menjadi 285 (6%) orang dari sasaran 4.416 pada tahun 2019. Faktor penyebab rendahnya pemeriksaan IVA dipengaruhi oleh factor sikap, dukungan keluarga (suami), dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan jarak ke fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemeriksaan IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat) pada PUS (PUS) di wilayah kerja Mataraman tahun 2020. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Survey Analitik dan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian seluruh PUS usia 30-50 tahun yang sudah melakukan hubungan seksual di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mataraman. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Accidental Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian 237 PUS. Intrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji statistic Chi Square (a= 0,05). Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan ada hubungan sikap (p=0,03), dukungan keluarga (suami) (p=0,03), dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p=0,001), jarak (p=0,119) dengan pemeriksaan IVA.
