¿Cómo medir el impacto de las iniciativas ciudadanas en la sostenibilidad urbana?

Abstract
Les iniciatives ciutadanes (IICC) sorgeixen per donar resposta a diverses problemàtiques sentides per la comunitat que repercuteixen indubtablement en la qualitat de vida, i es materialitzen a través de pràctiques innovadores en diferents capes de la societat. L'aportació de les IICC a la transició cap a ciutats sostenibles és un tema de creixent interès. La dinàmica dels processos socials amerita monitorització, reflexió i anàlisi, per conèixer i aprofitar el potencial de les IICC per generar millores en la sostenibilitat comunitària i sistemes sòlids i fiables per reafirmar i potenciar-ne el valor, però sorgeix la interrogant Com poden ser avaluats ? Hi ha primeres metodologies d'avaluació, amb l'objectiu de mesurar-ne l'impacte real, encara que la seva aplicació és escassa. Aquest article de revisió té com a objectiu analitzar metodologies existents davaluació que mesuren limpacte de les IICC en diferents àmbits, a través duna anàlisi de les principals característiques de tres sistemes davaluació de la sostenibilitat en les IICC existents. Se n'investiga la metodologia i els resultats, utilitzant el framework SALSA, que organitza el procés de revisió a: Cerca, Selecció, Síntesi i Anàlisi. Com a resultat es crea un catàleg de possibles millores a implementar per crear sistemes més homogenis i multidisciplinaris d'avaluació. Es conclou que avui dia els sistemes existents són un marc metodològic per desenvolupar i millorar per tal de generar sistemes que avaluïn de manera transversal i holística les IICC i la seva importància en la transformació de la societat. Citizen initiatives (CIs) arise in response to various issues felt by the community that undoubtedly have an impact on their quality of life, and are materialised through innovative practices at different levels of society. The contribution of CIs in the transition towards sustainable cities is a topic of growing interest. The dynamics of social processes merit monitoring, reflection and analysis, to understand and harness the potential of CIs to generate improvements in community sustainability and robust and reliable systems to reaffirm and enhance their value, but the question arises: How can they be evaluated? Initial evaluation methodologies exist, with the aim of measuring the real impact of these, although their application is scarce. This review article aims to analyse existing evaluation methodologies that measure the impact of CIs in different fields, through an analysis of the main characteristics of three existing sustainability evaluation systems in CIs. Its methodology and results are investigated, using the SALSA framework, which organizes the review process into Search, AppraisaL, Synthesis, and Analysis. As a result, a catalogue of possible improvements to be implemented in order to create more homogeneous and multidisciplinary evaluation systems is created. It is concluded that today, the existing systems are a methodological framework to be developed and improved in order to generate systems that transversally and holistically evaluate the CIs and its importance in the transformation of society. El aporte de las IICC en la transición hacia ciudades sostenibles es un tema de creciente interés. La dinámica de los procesos sociales amerita monitoreo, reflexión y análisis, para conocer y aprovechar el potencial de las IICC para generar mejoras en la sostenibilidad comunitaria y sistemas sólidos y fiables para reafirmar y potenciar su valor, pero surge la interrogante ¿Cómo pueden ser evaluadas? Existen primeras metodologías de evaluación, con el objetivo de medir el impacto real de éstas, aunque su aplicación es escasa. Este artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo analizar metodologías existentes de evaluación que miden el impacto de las IICC en diferentes ámbitos, a través de un análisis de las principales características de tres sistemas de evaluación de la sostenibilidad en las IICC existentes. Se investiga su metodología y sus resultados, utilizando el framework SALSA, que organiza el proceso de revisión en: Búsqueda, Selección, Síntesis y Análisis. Como resultado se crea un catálogo de posibles mejoras a implementar en aras de crear sistemas más homogéneos y multidisciplinares de evaluación. Se concluye que hoy en día, los sistemas existentes son un marco metodológico por desarrollar y mejorar con el fin de generar sistemas que evalúen de manera transversal y holística las IICC y su importancia en la transformación de la sociedad.
