Abstract
Toute intervention dans un système ou dans une organisation exige une définition de la situation problématique et un schéma comme une démarche qui montre les étapes à suivre pour sa résolution (Minguet, 2001). Or les problèmes d’organisation sont pléthores. Il existe en effet un grand nombre de disciplines scientifiques et cliniques qui s’intéressent à l’organisation. Le choix des définitions des situations problématiques reste énorme même en ne considérant que le champ de la communication organisationnelle. Avant de situer le type d’intervention que nous mettons de l’avant ici, nous proposons d’indiquer quelques repères en rapport avec les modèles ou les types d’intervention en communication organisationnelle.
