Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gerak lurus kelas X. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 22 Palembang pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel penelitian yang digunakan kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Proses pembelajaran di kelas eksperimen menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone dan di kelas kontrol tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone. Instumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes yang memenuhi kategori untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Uji statistik hasil tes yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dibantu dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata–rata nilai posttest yang diperoleh siswa kelas eksperimen 81,2 dan rata-rata nilai posttest yang diperoleh siswa kelas kontrol 65. Secara output dari program IBM SPSS Statistics 22 pada uji Nonparametric test yakni Kruskal-Wallis Test menunjukkan Sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan Hα diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
